In the never-ending quest to find exercise that doesn't really feel like exercise, many adults are turning to alternative means. One that has gained recent popularity is Taiko Drumming. While drums of varying sorts have been used in Japan for 1400 years or more, Taiko Drumming – the art form – has only been around since the 1950s. Taiko drumming is the traditional Japanese drumming that uses specially designed drums and incorporates stylized movement into each performance.
