Josh Turner's Change Of Plans
Josh Turner will be spending time today fishing. The singer is slated to cast a line with crews from Bassmaster and ESPN Outdoors. His day on the water is possible because other plans changed. Turner was originally slated to perform this morning on CBS' "The Early Show," as part of the program's broadcast from Nashville in conjunction with last night's presidential debate. The candidates faced off Belmont University, a school Turner once attended. Over the weekend he joined other famous Belmont alumni for a special concert for visiting journalists who are in Music City for the political event. Turner also has a few things to promote these days. He makes his big screen acting debut in the movie "Billy: The Early Years," which hits theaters Friday. He also contributes to the film's soundtrack, which is now in stores. In addition, Turner has a new single out. He was set to perform "Everything Is Fine" for the "Early Show" audience. Turner's appearance on the CBS morning program is expected to be rescheduled. |
