Vocal Problems Force LeAnn Rimes To Postpone Shows
LeAnn Rimes is still having trouble with her voice. A post on her website notes that the singer has postponed two upcoming shows on the advice of her doctor, who has told her to immediately go on vocal rest. As a result, Rimes won't be performing Friday in Norfolk, Virginia or Saturday in Charleston, West Virginia as originally scheduled. However, she is expected to offer make-good dates in these cities during her 2009 tour. Rimes is expected to resume her current trek with a show in Lake Charles, Louisiana on October 17th.
The postponed shows are the latest in a growing string of performances Rimes has had to bump because she's having problems with her voice. The vocal troubles began affecting her schedule in May, and have forced her to miss six other shows. |
