Lindsay Lohan Says "No" To Deposition Being Video Taped
Lindsay Lohan is willing to testify in her friend Samantha Ronson's malpractice lawsuit, just as long as the testimony doesn't get videotaped. Ronson is suing attorney Martin Garbus. TMZ.com is reporting that Garbus intends to question Lohan about drugs allegedly found in her car, as well as her possible romantic relationship with Ronson. Lohan fears that the tape would make its way onto the Internet and cause her quote, "unwarranted annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, undue burden and expense." The "Mean Girls" star is requesting the deposition be held in a private location, with minimal witnesses and a sealed transcript that very few people would handle.
Ronson is suing Garbus for malpractice after losing a defamation case against Hollywood blogger Perez Hilton. Hilton claimed that Lohan's cocaine bust in 2007 was all Ronson's fault.
