Julianne Hough To Put Music Before "Dancing"
Julianne Hough will be putting music first next year. According to E! News, the 20-year-old star told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM radio show that she will not be returning to "Dancing With the Stars" in the spring, but instead will be devoting her time to her singing career. She also emphasized that it's for musical -- not medical -- reasons that she's taking a break from the ABC show. Hough explained, quote, "I think it's hard to be on 'Dancing With the Stars' and be singing and kind of get that confusion." She added, quote, "I'm really going to focus on the music." Despite the departure, Hough will return for this season's finale next week. She's leaving the door open for a possible return to "Dancing" next fall.
Hough was hospitalized last month when she suffered stomach pains after performing on DWTS. She was later diagnosed with endometriosis and underwent an appendectomy. |
