Victoria Beckham Talks Love At First Sight With Husband
Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham graces the cover of this month's "Glamour" magazine. Inside, she talks about love at first sight with her soccer player husband David Beckham. Posh says, quote, "I believe in love at first sight. I met my soulmate with David." Their first meeting was after one of his games in the soccer players' lounge. Mrs. Beckham says, quote, "David was sitting in the corner with his [family]. From the moment I met him, I knew that he wasn't a bloke-y bloke." He proved her right as he worked on getting through to her heart via her favorite thing -- fashion. When they first met, she was famous for being a Spice Girl and he wasn't as well-known. He bought tabloids in order to study up on the Spice member known as "Posh," and read that she liked the designer Prada. Posh says, quote, "So he went out and bought Prada trousers, Prada shoes, a Prada shirt, Prada jacket...and it was all navy blue and he looked very chic." "Glamour" is on stands now. |
