Incubus DJ Gets Extension On Restraining Order Against Band's Ex-DJ
Incubus DJ Chris Kilmore now has a three-year extension on a restraining order against the group's former DJ Gavin Koppel. TMZ.com reports that the protection order stems from a December incident, in which Koppel tried to engage Kilmore in a fight at a Los Angeles store and threatened to kill him if he did not drop a prior restraining order. After Kilmore reported the incident, authorities instructed Koppel to, quote, "turn in or sell guns or firearms, if any, to a licensed gun dealer or turn in to police." Under the new restraining order Koppel must stay at least 100 yards away from Kilmore and his girlfriend, who was with him at the time of the confrontation. In addition, he's not allowed to contact either Kilmore or his girlfriend by phone or e-mail. |
